Daxton's Fall Festival

Daxton's preschool had an Orange Fall Festival instead of dressing up for Halloween. I think Daxton loved spraying his hair orange as much as getting dressed up anyway! One of his friends did too- he was excited!
They partied the entire class- all orange foods, decorating pumpkins, treats!

Earlier that week he wanted to pose for a picture too- since I was taking Devri's everyday with her themed week
Seriously where do they learn this?
Had to add a cute one of Dani!

Health Awareness Week

Devri's school celebrated Health Awareness week with dress down ( not in uniform) themed days.
Fitness Attire Day:
Sports Day:- we didn't have any jersey's or sports team shirts so we went with cheerleading!
Fitness Frenzy: They had a field day where they participated in lots of sports activities. They were supposed to wear their spirit shirts and fitness bottoms but it was NOT worth the fight and we went with the skort! Haha
So proud of Devri! She won a medal for most sit-ups!!
Favorite Fruit or Veggie Day:
Drug Free Day:- everyone was supposed to wear Red!
Lauri and I decided to head over for the assembly that afternoon. They were letting off red balloons in a pledge to stay drug free. When we got there, they were dancing away to music. Cute!
I got Daxton, Danika and I all in red for the occasion too! They had extra balloons for siblings that came.

& off go the balloons!
Devri was so excited!

Lined up ready to go back into class.

Daxton Soccer

Daxton started on his little NYS soccer league. He is really getting the hang of it now. He has scored multiple times in the last few games. Pink cheeks
He loves it!

Talking with coach
Getting some coaching from dad too
This little girl Emma who he already knew is on his team. She has an older brother who went to Devri's preschool so they used to play before and after at the preschool
Daxton before his first game!
Cute little uniforms that have their names on them

The first game was so cute because Daxton was so frustrated! After every play he would come out to whine if he didn't get to kick the ball! Then as he was whining the whistle would blow and he would have to run catch up and then play over- repeat, repeat!! He was so frustrated! But he has improved so much now and rarely ( not NEVER) but rarely throws a fit now.

Brig's 4th Birthday

Brigham Perry turned 4. We are so excited they live here in Arizona and we can celebrate with them. Lauri had a cute pumpkin themed party up at Anthem Adventure Park. Birthday boy!
Daxton just loves having him live close by!

Devri and Kallie
Lauri doing her pumpkin treats! The kids scored!
The favorite was by far the teeth!
Cute scary boys!
They have a fun little train up there! Very cute park
Danika loving her sucker- boy she was messy this day!
Aunt Kiana and Grandma Cullimore got to come too since they were in town! I didn't get any pictures of Grandma- she was too busy talking to Rita (Lauri's mom- who also was in town)
Kira, Kallie and Devri
Danika is growing up so fast- she looks so old here!
My kids are of course hovering as Brig opens his presents

Disneyland with the Mills

The weekend after we got back from Disneyworld- we headed off to Disneyland with Cameron's family. It actually worked out really good because Devri was out of school and it was a good weekend.

Disneyland looked so cute all decorated for Halloween.
Grandma Karen was really excited about getting this picture for Daxton. She heard they do "magic shots" where they put in a character. When she heard you could do fighting Captain Hook- she just had to get it for Daxton. It was getting dark when we did it so the photographer warned us it may be blurry but it was our last day/last chance.
Alexa, Hayley, Meredith, Devri and Christine
Meredith and Devri- all in Halloween attire

It was Christine's birthday!! She got cake- Daxton was very intensely into this and wanted some!

Daxton is a little climber! He was all over the place in the Toontown playground!

Disneyland day 2

Meredith and Devri were so excited to dress up as princesses for the day.
Morgan and Lydia took us out to breakfast at Storyteller's Cafe- the kids love character breakfasts

Devri and Kynda
Daxton in Bruce's mouth
& Devri
The kids crashed at Epcot- all 3 of mine were asleep together for a good hour! They needed to catch up from all the fun!
Daxton finds something fun and gross everywhere! Here he is with a lizard- one of the guys caught for him. He also caught a lizard at the house by the pool. Even with Disney fun everywhere- there is nothing like a bug, a worm or a reptile!

Daxton with Pluto
Devri and Minnie
The fam with Donald
Cute Danika with Minnie- she loved the characters from a distance. She got freaked when she was too close! She would point and want to go see all of them but then would cling for life when we got up to them.
Grandpa and Grandma Cullimore with all the grandkids and Goofy of course
Grandma and Grandpa with my kiddos

Aunt Kira, Kiana and Teisha with Kayla, Devri and Kynda
Kiana and Daxton with the blue Power Ranger. Daxton was so excited to see them. We saw them from the tram ride and had to run catch them before they left.
Kayla and Devri posing with their glow sticks
With Sulley and Mike
Playing in the Winne the Pooh playground- for those too short to go on Splash, hopefully next year for Daxton- he was so stressed about missing the fun big rides.
Before we flew out the last day we headed over to Downtown Disney to look around/shop. The statues are as good as real characters!! Haha. We lucked out this was the first day it rained. We had perfect weather for October. Still a little hot but no rain!

My kiddos posing- I could actually get a picture of the 3 with a statue character! haha. Danika was more than willing to stand close to those.

I love his face- why am I getting a picture with her?!?
Daxton enjoyed playing at the Lego store- racing his car over and over!

We had so much fun! Thank you to Grandma and Grandpa Cullimore for taking us all! We have the best grandparents ever!

Disneyworld Part 1

My parents took everyone (except Kelsi- she had to work) to Disneyworld this year for a family vacation. It was so much fun. We usually try to do the Halloween party at Disneyland but this year we did the Disneyworld one- it was fun. It is always fun to get dressed up as a family. The parade was cute and the decor.
The Halloween Party
Here is the big group all dressed up that night.
Cameron and I and Devri did the Ariel theme. King Triton, Ursula and Ariel.
My dad was so cute (&hot) in Sully with Daxton as Mike and Danika as Boo.
Kirk and Heathers and girls along with Tevin and Keaton did Alice in Wonderland theme.
Sully and Mike
Danika had to get used to the costume. But she was a perfect Boo.
The head was a little heavy for her though.

Thayne and Melissa were so cute as Peter Pan and Tinkerbell.
Tyson and Jessica and Teisha, Tommy and Tennyson did the Aladdin theme- Tennyson was such a cute Abu.
Kira and Tanner were Roger and Jessica Rabbit. Then I guess I dont have a pix of my mom and Kiana as Maleficient and Aurora- I will have to get one.
Costumes got a little hot for the whimps- haha! Mainly the men. Tommy, Grandpa, Cameron, Danika and Daxton.
They had trick or treating and of course you could go on the rides. The lines to get pictures with the villians seemed longer than the ones in Disneyland so we passed on those.
Cute Devri and Kayla
Daxton in whats left of his costume with Woody and Bullseye.

Hollywood Studios

Kayla and Devri loved the HSM3 parade.
Everyone else found some shade and ice cream during the parade.
Danika loved her ice cream!
Daxton found a worm outside Tower of Terror- of course he picks it up!!! EW!

Animal Kingdom
This park is so cute and what makes Disneyworld different from Disneyland- more cute parks.

Daxton T-ball / Ward Campout

Daxton started an Intro to T-ball class. They are learning the game so they can play next year. He has so much fun.

We made it to our ward campout this year. The kids had lots of fun playing with the other kids from the ward. It ended up being a pretty cold night! But still was fun to have a little overnighter.

Spirit Week

Devri's school had Spirit week. The high school had spirit week for their homecoming week and they decided to have the elementaries participate too. It was a lot of fun. I love how her school does such a good job making everything fun and still being so academic too. The theme days were sprung on us parents though just the Friday before! I was scrambling! Lucky for me- my dad was coming down the next day so I quickly put my mom to work with looking for costumes that would work! Monday was 60's day. We went with the go go girl theme.
70's day- my mom actually had some other outfits that would work but Devri loved this flapper outfit & really wanted to wear it. So we decided to pair it with the boots and make it disco?!?!
80's day- I was scrambling at Walmart the night before! The leg warmers are actually men's soccer socks with the toe cut out!
90's day. We went with hip hop instead of the grunge look. Since we already had this in our costumes. Plus baggy pants on my baby- never!!! Guess I could have done cut off jean shorts and plaid shirts- I have no idea what 90's is?!?!
Then Friday was Spirit day- to wear spirit shirts and colors. She looked adorable- but I totally forgot to take a picture before school!

Daxton's Preschool open house

Daxton's preschool had an open house for parents and family to come see their classroom and work/artwork they have done so far. Daxton is SO different than Devri when it came to this night. Daxton was more interested in going to play then showing us anything or taking pictures. The Red Robin bird was there- they had coupons and gifts along with food.

Ms. Anita- we love her. You can tell Daxton was excited to get his picture taken.
Daxton and Ms. Stacy- or Ms. Anita's friend - that is what Daxton calls her!
He played with this purple sand digging for stickers and just playing a majority of the time we were looking around the classroom.
Daxton by his sign in pencil and family picture pages.
Danika enjoying then new toys too
Daxton had fun playing with his friends.
Daxton with some of his friends- it was fun to see him interacting with the new friends he has made this year.
They have a pathway of everyone's fingerprints- Daxton's are here in green.
Devri and Daxton. Devri was excited to say hello to Ms. Anita again.

Lake Powell for Labor Day

Every year for Labor day, we go with the Mills family and friends to Lake Powell. The cousins and friends have so much fun playing in the sand/water. It is fun to get together and each year gets more fun as the kids get older. Mills cousins (missing a few of course)
Meredith, Devri and Christine
Danika loves messing with others stuff- their sunglasses and any shoes that are not hers!

All weekend long was trying on older kids shoes and trying to walk the ramp up and down the houseboat! It was fun!

Cute Daxton playing in the houseboat on the drive out
Danika is such a baby lover now!
Lots of fun playing on the slide and swimming

Of course they loved the sand too!

Devri was flag girl for a bit while pulling the little kids on the ski
Daxton was so brave this time- he was the first to go and did awesome! Dad was so happy!
Of course we found out- you can't be the flag girl unless you are 12! Whoops!
Go Daxton!

Paris and Devri being nerds on the couch
Daxton wanted a big "boy" sand castle- I am not creative so we went for the big mound

Danika eating her cheezits!

Molly, Christine and Dax
Paris and Dev playing in the sand
They had a couple little kayaks up there that we fun to take the kids out for rides on.
Decorating the castle with sea shells

Aunt Lydia and Danika
Some of the friends we go up with every year are so creative. The put together this slide and had a pump to bring water up to the top and everything. They also did a zipline for the adults- but I didn't get any pix. Daxton had so much fun! He definitely did the slide more than anyone else!

One of his cousins ran across the bottom of the slide as he was coming down and they crashed! He got this cut and blackish eye. He wasn't happy about me taking the picture! But within a minute he wanted back up to do the slide again- he didn't even want to go inside to clean up!
Right back up there!
So sweet and tough!
Cam even took Danika down- she is a little freaked!
The kids were loving looking for lizards then catching them and keeping them in little cups.
Out looking for lizards
Cute Meredith and Danika
Daxton skied everyday!

Makenzie, Meredith and Devri
The girls off tubing

Daxton decided he wanted to jump off the top of the houseboat like the big kids and adults. So Cam took him and jumped with him which made him really mad- he could do it by himself! So after Daxton did it- all the girls knew if a 3 year old could so could they! So off all the babies went jumping from the top- they had a blast!
I stayed really close because the whole thing was still nerve wracking for a mom!

Meredith, Devri and Hayley
I know this was a ton of pictures- but I really did edit a ton out- & lots of other cute ones! haha

Storybook parade/Grandma visit

During the week of the book fair at Devri's school, they had one day where they got to dress up as their favorite storybook character and bring in the book they loved. Daxton & Brig with the tugboat
Lauri and sick Danika waiting for the parade to start

Two wild boys- trying to keep them busy and sitting still before the parade
Devri was of course Jasmine and she brought in one of her Princess Jasmine books
Everyone looked so cute.

They then had a mini assembly to give out awards for the most minutes read during the read-a-thon that week and the mos money collected.
Grandma &Grandpa Cullimore came in for a night, couple days to get some house stuff done. They took us and Thayne & Melissa out to dinner. Danika's little shirt is a little loose right there but still a cute picture.

Kelsi and Devri
(Here Lauri and chubby prego pix of me!- haha) but everyone else looks cute so I had to post.
Devri and Minnie
Danika got close enough for a picture- but only because my mom had just put her down and she didn't know Minnie was behind her yet.
Tevin, Kelsi, Danika and Keaton
I wanted to get a picture of Daxton on the roller coaster but of course he is right there behind Kiana and Devri- not visible!
